After School Care in DLF Phase 3, Gurugram: Activities & Supervision

A safe, lively place for school-age children to spend the afternoon, with food, movement, reading and friends, until 6:30 PM on weekdays.

The mid-afternoon gap, solved

Big schools often finish in the early afternoon, and office days certainly don't. That leaves a gap that grandparents, neighbours and screens usually end up filling. Our after-school care in DLF Phase 3 gives children somewhere better to be. It is a supervised space where they can eat properly, burn off energy, unwind with a book and spend time with other children, until you arrive.

After-school care is part of our day care program, which is open to children up to ten years old. It runs Monday to Friday, and the centre stays open until 6:30 PM, which gives most parents working in DLF Cyber City, DLF Downtown or Udyog Vihar enough time to finish the day without watching the clock.

Screen-free and meaningfully engaged, every day

Our day care is screen-free. Instead of a television or tablet filling the afternoon, children are meaningfully engaged every day in activities such as:

  • Rhymes and rhythm, for language, memory and coordination.
  • Cognitive skills development activities, such as puzzles, sorting and memory games.
  • Art and craft, from painting to cutting, sticking and making.
  • Preparation for and participation in celebrations and festivals, so children help get ready for special days and then enjoy them together.

Optional evening classes: sports and dance

For children who want more, the centre runs optional evening classes in sports and dance. They are a good way for school-age children to build fitness, rhythm and confidence, and to make friends beyond their own class. Ask the team about current days and timings.

What children do in the after-school hours

After a morning at a desk, most children need to move first and settle later. The centre's facilities make that easy, and afternoons are planned so children get a mix of both.

A proper meal and a chance to refuel

Children rarely arrive from school with much left in their lunchbox, or much energy either. Food at the centre is 100% nutritious and prepared in our own kitchen, then served in the dining area, so afternoons begin with a sit-down meal rather than a packet of something from the car.

A little downtime follows before activities pick up again. For children who have had a long day, that quiet break often makes the difference between a cheerful pick-up and a tired, tearful one.

Who after-school care suits

  • Working parents whose office day in Cyber City, Udyog Vihar or along MG Road runs well past the school bell.
  • Families with more than one child: a younger sibling in our preschool classes or daycare can be collected from the same place at the same time.
  • Children who need to move after sitting at a desk all morning, and who enjoy climbing, sports and active games.
  • Parents who want visibility: live CCTV streaming and structured parent–teacher interaction continue in the afternoons.

How afternoons are balanced

A good afternoon for a school-age child has a shape to it. Most children arrive hungry and a little frazzled, so the first part is about food and a breather. Energy usually comes back quickly, and that's the time for climbing, team games and the trampoline. As the evening approaches, the pace slows again with reading, rhymes or art and craft, so children are calm rather than wound up when parents arrive. The balance shifts with age and personality, and the team will talk with you about what suits your child.

Getting here from school

GPS-enabled transport for pick-up and drop is available. Because routes and timings depend on where your child studies, the easiest thing is to call [[PHONE1]] or send a WhatsApp message with the name of the school and the time classes end. The team will tell you what is possible.

If you plan to handle drop-off yourself, the centre is in Sector 24, a short drive from Nathupur, DLF Phase 2 and Sector 25. Families in Sector 26, Sector 27 and DLF Phase 4 usually allow a little longer. Our contact page has directions from each nearby landmark.

Safe, supervised and familiar

The same standards that apply to our youngest children apply in the afternoons. Every batch is capped at 15, and a strong adult-to-child ratio is one of the brand's core commitments. Washrooms are child-height, and parents can check in through live CCTV streaming. For a closer look, see our facilities and safety page.
